Hey i have a question,i have a prof account and a nightfall account how do i combine them together i have 2 seperate accounts night and prof but i want one! so all my chars are in 1 and i can take my prof chars into nightfall how do i do this? when i try to add the key it says its in use because i have 2 accounts what do i do? i rly wanna use my old chars

help please

i suggest you ask anet/ncsoft support to do this for you, they are the only ones that can do this, you should probably have your access keys email and passes ready to tell them (dont post here) for the account, otherwise i think you wont be able too

Unfortunately there is only one opportunity to link your accounts and that is when the second account is first created. If you already have characters on both accounts it is impossible to link the two.

I know this wasn't the answer you were hoping for.

if it was recently created they might and have before permalock the new incorrect account and issue a new key to link them

contact support to see if your accounts qualify.

If you already have two active accounts you are screwed. They won't combine them.
